What to expect:

The 5 Tibetan Rites are 5 yoga poses, asanas, practiced in the morning, 21 times, by the Tibetan monks. Some have attributed these powerful poses to the longevity of the monk's life coining this routine 'the Fountain of Youth'. While I am not promising immortality here, this is a fantastic and short routine to add to your week. Here we practice together so it becomes a habit, a routine and something to be shared together :)
