In Ayurveda, spring is the season of Kapha - which is actually quite heavy and sticky, so sometimes as spring approaches, we can still feel sluggish and dull from the winter. Hence, it is the best time to do a spring cleanse and learn ways in which we can beat the winter blues, and invite the invigorating and light energy of spring into our being.


So do join us on this full morning mini-retreat, where we learn all about restoring vitality through pranayama, energising asana, and cleansing meditations.




We will discuss three pillars of wellness seen through the ayurvedic lens - movement, diet, and lifestyle - learning some simple but important adjustments to implement into our routine that will help boost and maintain our energy levels, helping us feel as fresh as the daisy's blanketing the fields.




We will end our day by making a simple yet delicious Ayurvedic cleanse staple that will gently support your body as you reset and restore your vital energy!
